* Pramod Kesari i am 4 th year graduate student. I am working on strongly correlated electronic systems.I am looking at Quantum phase transition. I use DMFT. Impurity solver is Local moment approach (LMA). I want to extend few calculation with QMC. * Name: Sudeshna Sen Research interest: My topic of research is to theoretically investigate the various aspects of quantum transport in nanostructures, beyond the Landauer formalism (quantum transport in presence of electron-phonon or electron-electron interactions), by the use of non-equilibrium Green's function technique or the Keldysh formalism. We also intend to study manifestations in nanostructures of certain strongly correlated phenomena, seen in bulk systems such as Mott-Hubbard physics, Kondo effect etc.. Research Supervisor: Dr. N. S. I am working on negative magnetization in YFeO3, Exact diagonalization of Heisenberg hamiltonian and LDA+DMFT study on BaRuO3. For the LDA+DMFT study present I am using IPT is the impurity solver. My future plan is to develop CTQMC and use it as an impurity solver for LDA+DMFT study.
