# General Physics for Technical Students Introduction to Electricity, Magnetism and Optics

Announcements:
• Final exam and course scores. Before calculating the final course score, we have multiplied the final exam score by 1.25, so the formula we used is:
Score=(Ex1+Ex2+1.25*Fin+Hwk)/3.75, where Hwk is a score between 0 and 25; Ex1, Ex2 are scores between 0 and 100, and Fin is a score between 0 and 150.

• Final Exam: Lockett 16, Wed May 11, 3-5pm.
• Extra office hours: Tuesday May 10, 2-4pm.
• FAQ: What do I need in the final exam to get an A (B, C, D) in the course? Answer.
• Exams:
• Exam 2 scores, histogram. Before the final exam, a reasonable estimate of your course score is the average of these two exams.
• Exam 1 scores, histogram (with grades according to syllabus scale).
