- If you will be driving a car onto the LSU campus, you will need to stop by the LSU Visitor's Center to obtain your parking pass. There is a fee to park on the LSU Campus:

- Directions to LSU from the New Orleans Airport -
Leaving the New Orleans Airport, you will go left on Hwy. 61/Airline Highway to Williams Blvd. where you will take a left turn onto Williams Blvd. Go straight on Williams Blvd. to get onto I-10 (Interstate) West to Baton Rouge. The distance will be approximately 70 miles. When you get into Baton Rouge, you will begin to see signs → Bluebonnet Blvd., Essen Lane, College Dr. and Acadian Thruway - pay close attention. The next exit from Acadian Thruway will be Dalrymple Dr. The Dalrymple Dr. exit will be from the right lane. There is a traffic light at the foot of the exit ramp - you will take a right turn onto Dalrymple Dr. On Dalrymple Dr. (university lakes on your left) keep driving straight - at Dalrymple Dr. and E. State St., keep driving straight - Dalrymple Dr. will curve to the right. Keep driving straight to the traffic light at Highland Rd. - Visitor's Center is located on the corner of Dalrymple Dr. and Highland Rd. - Directions to LSU from the Baton Rouge Airport -
At the stop sign leaving the Baton Rouge Metro Airport, you will take a left turn onto Veteran's Memorial Blvd. There is a traffic light at the intersection of Veteran's Memorial Blvd. and Harding Blvd. and it is the first traffic light you will encounter after leaving the airport. Following the sign marked "I-110 South", make a right turn onto Harding Blvd. 5-10 meters before reaching the intersection. Pass underneath the overpass and immediately turn right onto the entrance ramp of I-110. I-110 terminates at I-10 - at this point, follow the sign marked "I-10 East to New Orleans". Follow I-10 East to the Dalrymple Dr. exit - the Dalrymple Dr. exit will be from the right lane. There is a traffic light at the foot of the exit ramp - you will take a right turn onto Dalrymple Dr. On Dalrymple Dr. (university lakes on your left) keep driving straight - at Dalrymple Dr. and E. State St., keep driving straight - Dalrymple Dr. will curve to the right. From the Visitor's Center and Pleasant Hall parking lot - walk out of the main entrance of the Visitor's Center and/or Pleasant Hall parking area (adjacent to the Visitor's Center parking lot) to Dalrymple Dr. - directly in front will be the parade grounds and directly beyond the parade grounds is the LSU Student Union. To your right you will see the Memorial Tower - the street running along the front of Memorial Tower is Tower Dr. Walk along Tower Dr. - you will come to the following buildings on your right (names on the front of the buildings) → Thomas Boyd Hall, Memorial Tower, David Boyd Hall, and Coates Hall. The next building will be Nicholson Hall - PHYSICS ASTRONOMY - will be printed across the front.
